About Us

Rick is a lifelong St. Catharines resident and is married with three adult children. He graduated from Brock University with a Business Admin degree in 1979 and articled with a local Niagara firm that merged with a national firm until he attained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1983. In 1984, Rick started his own firm.

Over the years, Rick has volunteered with Scouts Canada, been church treasurer of West St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church and the treasurer and past president of the West St. Catharines Business Association. He now sits on the Board of Hospice Niagara and is a member of the Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce.

Darren began with the firm in January 2002 as a co-op student from Niagara College’s accounting program (graduating in 2002). Darren is one of many co-op students, we have hired over the years for tax season. Co-ops help keep the firm fresh by supplying new concepts and allowing us to contribute to the future of the accounting profession. Usually our co-ops return to either Niagara or Brock after tax season but Darren stayed with us.

Prior to Niagara College, he graduated from Lakehead University (B. Admin. 2000) and subsequently, he received his CGA designation in 2006. Currently, Darren resides in St. Catharines with his wife and three children.

Linda began full time with the firm May 2001 after graduating from the Niagara College Business Administration – Accounting program. She and her husband reside in St. Catharines with their two children. Her volunteer work includes Parent Council at her daughters’ school and volunteering at her church’s nursery and with the school.

Jane began with the firm in 1991 and is the office administrator. She is a graduate of Brock University (Bachelor of Arts Honours English 1981, Bachelor of Business Administration 1996) and is a resident of St. Catharines. Jane is past Envelope Secretary for West St. Andrews Presbyterian Church and currently Vice President of the Faith Lutheran Villa board of directors.
